DRYVIT SYSTEMS ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Dryvit Systems, Inc., the premier supplier of insulating exterior finishing systems and Triarch interior products for the construction industry, is committed to supplying quality products and services to our customers while recognizing the importance of operating our business in an environmentally responsible manner. Our commitment to environmental stewardship and safety for employees, customers, visitors, and community is demonstrated by efforts to minimize the impacts of our operations on the environment. It is therefore our policy to:

1. COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND, WHERE FEASIBLE, EXCEED THESE REQUIREMENTS.
  • Using sound environmental management practices, we will continually comply with relevant environmental regulations.

  • Through this commitment, we will identify environmental aspects to reduce local, regional, and global environmental impacts.
2. ACTIVELY PURSUE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION BY UTILIZING AN EFFECTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

  • We will provide the resources necessary to prevent pollution and to reduce, reuse and recycle materials by continuously finding new ways to improve our operations.

  • We will achieve continual improvement by identifying environmental aspects and associated impacts, by applying appropriate monitoring and controls, by setting and reviewing measurable objectives which address significant impacts, and by identifying and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
3. IMPLEMENT PROCEDURES FOR OUR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO ENSURE THAT OUR OBJECTIVES AND TARGETS ARE ACHIEVED.

  • We will empower our employees to perform their duties in a safe and environmentally responsible manner through written procedures and training.

  • We will communicate with and involve all interested parties in our efforts to maintain an effective environmental management system.
This environmental policy is fully endorsed by management to ensure its implementation at all levels within the organization.  DRYVIT SYSTEMS makes this policy available to all its employees and to the public.
